• If you look at the Quote Page, you'll see that her songs kept someone from committing suicide.
• "Face Up" and "The Last Thing on Your Mind" are tear-inducing in how meaningful, genuine, and heartfelt their messages are. Plus, they're still catchy and fun to listen to.
• "Siberia": The whole point of the song is that even living in a harsh, unforgiving environment is all right as long as you're with someone you love.
• Lights' marriage to Beau Bokan. Especially managing to make it work when they lived in 2 different countries, and wouldn't see each other for 40 days at a time because one or the other was touring (they even wrote companion songs for each other about that). Eventually, they managed to settle down in British Columbia, and have a daughter together, Rocket Wild.
