• Chapter 1/Episode 1: First we see Takezo stand up for Chika in front of the principal and vice-principal, saying Chika is a new member of the Koto Club despite disbelieving him before. Then we see that Chika's grandpa also had faith in Chika and already knew that Chika was not the one who destroyed his home.
• Chapter 3/Episode 3: Sane, Mittsu, and Kota all deciding to join the Koto Club not out of a personal interest but out of their care for and sense of loyalty to Chika.
• Chapter 19-20/Episode 10: Kota seemingly runs away from the training camp because of being overwhelmed and feeling like a burden. Not only does the entire club panic and try to find him, but it turns out he was actually just trying to sneak in more practice.
  Chika (to Kota): I've got no idea where you got this 'giving up on you' kind of idea. I'd hate it if you weren't around.
• Chapter 27/Episode 14: Chika standing up for Satowa when Kazusa says her playing has worsened, saying that Satowa's tones have actually just gotten gentler and that he prefers her playing now.
• Chapter 28/Episode 14: Takinami, who up until this point has been barely invested in the Koto Club's success and unafraid to let them know that they're not good, finally praising the club's Kuon performance, despite their loss at the festival.
• Chapter 81: When Mittsu is about to break down from the stress of having to take care of his siblings on top of practicing for nationals, Tetsuki, Chika, Sane, and Kota all go to his place and offer to take turns splitting his chores to support him.
