Heartwarming / Kashchey the Deathless

• In the Soviet 1987 opera film, when Kashchey discovers the lovers' escape and tries to put a curse on them, Kashcheyevna immediately draws her sword and gets into an attacking stance, causing Kashchey to back off in shock. Especially sweet, considering she has just been persuading Ivan to dump the tsarevna (and got a clear – and justified – declaration of hate in return).
