- Harper steps in when Stephanie's mother slaps her, giving her a sharp "The Reason You Suck" Speech about how Stephanie is much stronger than either of her parents.
- This leads to Harper and Stephanie getting along so much better and eventually final sharing a Big Damn Kiss.
- Cullen and Turner also have it out, with Cullen making it clear he considers Turner a dear friend, with Turner hugging him back.
- We see in Harvey's office a bottle of whiskey with a note addressed to "the man who will change Gotham forever," telling Harvey to save him a drink on election day. The real kicker is that it's signed, "your friend, Bruce Wayne."
- When the police officer Cullen had befriended hugs him, that's sweet enough as it is. But what really makes it sweet is that this is very probably the first time in a very long time, if ever, that Cullen's gotten positive affirmation from an adult.
