*** Stephanie also proves herself to be WiseBeyondTheirYears--and smarter than any of the adults--when she reveals just how she instantly knows that DJ is telling the truth--"You were looking right in my eyes. When you lie, you look at the top of my head."--and is so angry at her father and uncle's mistreatment of her that she storms downstairs and tells them off for not believing her, and shows even ''more'' insight--"She was crying ''real'' tears, not "I'm in trouble" tears!"

* In "Joey's Place", the family realizes Joey doesn't have any privacy in the living room alcove that serves as his bedroom, so while he's away on a two-week comedy tour they convert the garage into a bedroom he can have all to himself, including his old stuff from his mom's house. Due to misunderstanding their secretive behaviour, upon hearing they "put his stuff in the garage" Joey assumes they're trying to kick him to the curb, but as soon as he sees the room he's ecstatic and grateful.
-->'''Danny:''' Joey, you're my best friend, and you're doing me the biggest favor of my life by helping me raise my girls. This is just our way of saying thanks.\\
'''Joey:''' ...No one has ever done anything like this for me before. And the best part is... As great as my new room is, you guys ''really'' want me here.\\
'''Danny:''' Are you kidding? You're a part of our family!

* When Kimmy gets drunk in "Under The Influence" DJ had to forcibly take the keys from Kimmy to drive home safely. Once Kimmy woke up the next morning, she got mad at DJ for treating her like a child, and asked why DJ even cared about her. This led to DJ tearfully telling Kimmy she lost her mother to a drunk driver and didn't want to lose Kimmy the same way, causing Kimmy to instantly apologize for her childish behavior and realize she was lucky to have DJ around. Bonus points for this being an instance where Danny tells DJ that while Kimmy might be annoying, she is still DJ's best friend who needs her.

* The fact that the entire cast even now remains close as family and help each other in their time of need. Although they may like to make fun of the sugary, sweet nature of the show, they truly became a real family.

* The ending to the Season 3 episode, "Nerd For A Day," wherein Jesse watches Stephanie befriend her bullied classmate, Walter, and defend him to her friends, after Jesse spent the episode trying to teach Stephanie the importance of doing this. Afterward, Jesse tells Stephanie he is proud of her and they hug.
* Jesse's song to Becky during their wedding, complete with gospel choir backup. The baby pictures of the happy couple make this double as a TearJerker.
* The entirety of "Slumber Party" can qualify. Stephanie is (understandably) upset about an upcoming mother/daughter slumber party, until Becky volunteers to step in. Unfortunately, Becky's car breaks down at the worst possible moment, so Joey offers to take Steph to the party. After seeing just how out-of-place Joey was at the party, Stephanie runs home in tears, and now it's DJ to the rescue. After reminding Stephanie of how lucky they were to have three parental figures (and each other) in their lives, DJ cancels her own slumber party with Kimmy and takes Stephanie back to her party, thought not before Stephanie thanks Joey for all he did for her.
* The entirety of "Matchmaker Michelle," where Michelle tries to set Danny up with her kindergarten teacher because she wants a new mommy.

* The Season 6 episode "Silence is Not Golden" had Stephanie, and later Jesse, helping a classmate whose father abused him. Stephanie tells Jesse about it and Jesse has Stephanie's classmate removed from the abusive situation. At the end of the episode, Jesse has a talk with Stephanie and they hug, after which Stephanie goes to find Danny and gives him a hug, "because I felt like it."
