Dinobot was a dark knight, almost a dark take on the Samurai, and had been from a very brutal culture. It says a lot that the Maximals would give him a sendoff that was so radically different from their own funerary traditions, and that, by all accounts, they knew exactly how to perform it. Which means that they had to have either known about it beforehand or had checked their computers databanks about it in order to make sure they gave Dinobot a proper send-off. A phenomenal show of respect to a fallen comrade.

**In the same episode when Blackarchnia thinks she's put Dinobot out of commission, she tries to contact Silverbolt for an evac. While this fails due to being lured into the Pred's jamming zone, it demonstrate that despite her current suspicions of the Maximals, she excepts him from them, having faith he'll come through for her.
