  • How did a horse manage to get a dragon to fall in love with him? Heck, what attracted said horse to her in the first place?
  • The longma are dragon/horse hybrids, and while they are technically omnivorous they abstain from eating meat as a matter of pride and honor. This raises two questions:
    • How — and more importantly why — would dragons and horses do the deed?
      • Have you seen Dragon Dash? Assuming the Honored Mother is also a hottie (pun intended) do the math.
      • There is also the fact that the longma are True Breeding Hybrids as shown in Tianhuo's Book of Lore story as there are no mentions of horses and dragons living together in Huoshan. It's possible that Honored Mother may have been the only dragon to do so. Apparently, she never had to worry about incest if that was the case, no matter how many eggs she laid.
    • Have any dishonorable longma indulged in carnivorism, and what would be the punishment for doing so if The Hold has been sealed for ages?
      • They may simply be dishonored and locked up in a conventional cell, possibly in an attempt to rehabilitate them or be forced out until they restore their "honor" in some way (defeating a predator or the like)
  • What side did the dragons take when the Prey-Predator war began or was it just Honored Mother who defected? Did they themselves split between those who sided with the ancient horses and those that didn't? For those that sided with the prey animals, what happened to them?
  • Why do cowfolk use lassos? It's a big part of Arizona's moveset, so I think it's safe to assume this is something practiced widely. IRL cowboys use them to have control over the livestock they reared, but why would a race of sentient cows use them? They don't raise any livestock themselves, or at least nothing big enough that would need the use of a lasso. Do they use it on eachother? I know that from our perspective is for the "cowboy aesthetic", but from theirs?
    • Perhaps to them it's akin to learning to use something like a catchpole or multi-use implement. Could be used for a myriad of purposes (catching criminals, grabbing things from a distance, keeping rowdy herd members corralled if they lose their temper, saving themselves or others from a fall, etc)
    • The real-life reason Arizona uses a lasso is because that's what Applejack used as part of her magic system (D button), and Arizona mostly kept the same moveset.
  • In Arizona's chapter of Story Mode, a gag is that the reindeer dislike cowfolk, but are addicted to milk (which they think is made from a plant). The irony is funny, until you realize that reindeer are mammals and therefore produce milk themselves, so they should know exactly what they're getting when they purchase milk from the cows. Heck, reindeer milk is consumed by some humans in real life (albeit in much smaller amounts than cow milk).
    • Cow milk might be different enough from Reindeer milk that they don't notice?
    • It seems to be only male reindeer that have no clue where milk comes from. Only four reindeer NPCs (so far) mention milk, and they're all male. Female reindeer probably know about milk's origins, but they all collectively keep the males ignorant.
