Bonsaint's Position/Rank
The apparent head of the police, Bonsaint, is a little confusing. His shirt collar has gold lettering that says "Sheriff" and it also says "Sheriff" on the police cars. But his nametag says "Chief Bonsaint." And Scully calls him "Captain Bonsaint." What gives?
