- How did they get so much money? If you buy a ladder, break it, and sell it as two ten-foot poles and firewood it nets you 5.5 copper. If you manage to do that once a round 24/7, it will get you 792 gold per day. That's more than you could make with a Profession skill, but it's not enough to buy magic items like they're nothing.
- Selling and buying is never shown to require an action.
