- The series timeline: how did Adam go through three years of middle school (seasons 1 to 3) when he was said to be in seventh grade in the pilot? Even if we retcon this to say he was actually in sixth in season 1, we know that Erica had to be in at least tenth in season 1 because it's said that she dropped her "uncool" look following ninth grade, meaning that she should have graduated by the time that Adam enters high school.
- Some middle schools start at 7th grade and go to 9th while the high schools start at 10th.
- Then how come after 7 seasons, Adam is the only one left in high school? And how come Erica graduated in the second season, then was back to school for two more seasons, then went to college in the fifth season, flunked out in the sixth, then went back to college again with Barry in the seventh?
- It's been stated more than once that Barry punched a horse and now he has a problem with all horses. Knowing Barry I'm sure he just overreacted but what did the horse do exactly?
- Some Noodle Incidents are best left ungarnished.
- In "The Pina Colada Episode", why didn't it ever occur to them to just turn the radio all the way down so they won't have to hear the song anymore?
