Helpers dying is frequently Played for Laughs, Veeva Dash has stated on her Twitter that killing Stampy would be pointless because he would just respawn, and it's outright a plot point in "Mirror World". If the respawn mechanic is acknowledged in the story, though, how did Hit The Target became a ghost after his death in "Unexpected Drama"?
Veeva Dash claims to have poisoned the cake in Episode 320, "Sleepy Stampy"... which was released on 15 July 2015, a month after she tweets out her meeting HitTheTarget. Continuity issues?

Maybe she's trying to mess with Stampy's head. Your former friend claiming she was involved in the scheme that led to you being poisoned would certainly be traumatizing, and she's certainly not above lying in order to make a point.
Where the heck was Sqaishey during Episode 344, "I See You"? Veeva Dash confirmed that she joined the episode by accident, so foul play wasn't involved, but then what was? Was there traffic on the way from Feather Adventures to the SLW? Did they sleep in? Did they just forget they were filming that day?
Who on earth replaced the button for the Cloning Contraption, and why? Given the time period (sometime between Episodes 184 and 300), it had to have been one of the older Helpers, but who out of them would have replaced the button when they had most likely all been told about the events of "Clone Calamity"?
Ender chests' inventories are separate for each player, as Stampy himself mentions in Episode 192, "Nether Again". Even if Hit The Target and Veeva Dash successfully robbed the bank, as it was discovered in Episode 418, "I Can't Win", how would they have been able to steal from Stampy's ender chest?
They likely mined the diamond blocks in the vault and crafted them back into diamonds to make Hit The Target's armor.
In Episode 542, "Hero Helpers", how did Stampy's hunger bar go up if HTT was distracted and had fallen down a pit? How did he get food to fill up the hunger bar without triggering the tripwire trap?
Stampy went on that whole quest to get an Elytra for a minigame right, but didn't he get 4 of them for Christmas in "Uninvited Guests"?
