- In episode 2, we see Amma meticulously polishing the ivory floor in the dollhouse, a parallel to the family's maid meticulously polishing the real floor. But there's no sign of the creepy teeth-floor that we see at the end. Had Amma just not made the teeth into the floor yet? Or was this a deliberate storytelling-lie needed to preserve the twist ending?
