  • So many practical things about the world are never explained.
    • How does Mars retain an atmosphere?
    • How is there a decent amount of sunlight on planets far from the sun?
    • How does Helium-3 help with terra-forming?
      • Helium-3 is a common fuel for Fusion without radioactive by products, so it's pretty easy to assume that they're using it for energy production. The real question is "Why in the world is it so deep within Mars?" And "How in the world does the environment of a Hell diver allow them to mine what is an inert element?" Most stories that mention helium-3 as an energy source are extracting it from gas giants, surface of moons, etc. Certainly not mining deep within a planet.
    • How do people cope with the low gravity? (Which is never mentioned unless the plot requires it).
    • How can you track someone across a solar system using the radiation signature of a radium-bomb pendant?
