- In "Green Fingers", Mrs. Bowen only suffers the loss of a finger from the attack. So why was she placed under full anaesthesia for her treatment? You'd think that such a wound could be tended with a local injection of painkillers and some stitches, perhaps with a little trimming back of protruding bone. Certainly in a senior citizen it'd be safer to leave her conscious, or only lightly tranquilized to keep her calm, than to risk anaesthetizing her elderly lungs and cardiovascular system.
- In "You Can Come Up Now, Mrs. Millikan", it's treated as a horrifying twist when Helena resurrects after Henry has already committed suicide and asks where he is. However, Henry invented a resurrection serum - it should be simple to dose him with it and bring him back.
