- Not quite sure if it was explained but why do the security staff and prison wardens convulse with Nekro? Is it just gameplay mechanics or have the villains hooked their whole crew on the drug?
- I think the idea is that Nekro is so widespread that practically everyone in Russia is a potential addict.
- A better question would be, How the hell did any of that shit end up in dogs?
