The Contracts
Kitty Section’s contract should be invalid and unenforceable due to their being minors, unable to legally consent to any formal contract without the explicit approval of a parent or guardian, which none of them obtained. Granted, Bob only cares about the law when it’s in his favour, but Anarka at least should have realized that. So how did he expect to get away with that particular scheme?
