• The Cryogs use a rebuilt Mecha-King Ghidorah as their weapon alongside Mechagodzilla, but it's later revealed that the Showa King Ghidorah destroyed the Cryog homeworld. So why wasn't there any recognition by the Cryogs earlier when they saw the creature that would become Mecha-King Ghidorah? This feels a lot like a last minute shoehorn.
  • There's the implication that there's more than one Ghidorah in the universe as the one shown attacking the Cryog homeworld was the Showa incarnation while the one that got turned into Mecha-King Ghidorah was the Heisei one.

• Why did Battra ditch the psychic twins at the end? He had the drop on King Caeser, they were telling Battra to kill him, and then Battra just gives a look of confusion and just flies away. What gives?
  • Obviously Battra was not too keen on taking orders from a pair of bratty psychic girls and promptly ditched them the moment he was free from their control.
  • Another Trilopod appeared too; maybe Battra's self preservation overwhelmed their control at that point.
