Headscratchers / Creeped Out

• In "Trolled", why does no one think to trace No Face back to his email. Wouldn't that have helped in identifying who it was?
• In "Itchy", how was Gabe admitted to the military school if he had claustrophobia?
  • It's possible that military school could teach him to fight the claustrophobia, but so far the school has failed.
• In "The Many Place", the kids keep trying different lifts to get back to their world. However, some of the lifts they try didn't have the same colour walls as the one they took which led them to the Many Place, so why did they use those lifts? They had a visual clue staring them in the face that it wouldn't have been their lift.
• Also in "The Many Place", the caretaker can travel across the different worlds. Why doesn't he try to help them get back?
  • It's not that he can travel across worlds. He just has multiple counterparts in the different universes.
