Headscratchers / Continue/Stop/Rise

• What happened to Dedan, Enoch and the Queen? Japeth, Zacherie, Hugo, Sugar and the Elsens all appear in heaven, since they were killed, so logic would say that the other characters would go to heaven, too. While you could argue that they either became spectres and went to earth or they went to purgatory, but you never see any specter resembling them nor do you see them in purgatory, (To be fair, you are only able to visit the Judges room in purgatory, but purgatory is much, much smaller than earth and heaven, so that must mean that only an extremely small percentage of the worlds population goes in there) and those are the only three possible afterlives in this game. Plus, it wouldn't really make much sense for them to not be able to go to heaven, unless heaven has huge double standards: Dedan hasn't really done anything wrong. Vader Elohas villainous deed was creating the spectres and making them kill people, but Japeth was The Dragon in this plan, and he got to heaven. Enochs villainous deed was turning the Elsens to sugar, but it was heavily implied that Sugar has done the same thing, and she got to heaven. (Plus, she is sugar)
• So the world of OFF was fake. What does that exactly mean? Considering that the people living in it and the switch and the wall it's placed upon still exist, it must have been physically real. So what was the fake worlds true nature? How did nobody from the outside world notice the inside world? How did the switch destroy the fake world, but not the real world, even though they are on the same layer of existance?
  • Fake probably refers to the world being artificially created. As told in OFF, the true nature of the fake world was to create a paradise for its creator, Hugo, after the The End of the World as We Know It. No one from the outside noticed the fake world (besides the invading spectres) because they had already died. The switch was intrinsically tied to the fake world, not the natural world, which why the switch only affected the fake world.
