• How is it possible that Lenny even considered to babysitting Whit and Carrie while he was working? His plumber tools could be dangerous for babies!
• Why do none of the adults who see Sly walking on his own in the streets or at the mall do anything to take the child with them to an orphanage and/or try to seek a means to contact his parents? That's what grown ups should do if they spot a little child wandering alone...
• When Sly hides in a baby carriage with a baby girl whose mother is pulling the carriage, why didn't the woman even note that there was another baby along with her own in the carriage? Didn't she realize that there was more weight in the carriage? Her daughter and the baby even changed clothes and she didn't note it?
