Economic Impact of the AG Drive
- The Anti-Gravity drive in the story is exclusively used for trips from earth to the Moon, and occasionally around the moon itself. Nobody mentions the incredible economic potential the AG drive could have for regular old shipping/smuggling around earth! The technology to defy gravity would allow even massive objects to be lifted and moved with ease, which will have incredible implications for almost every industry, but travel and large-scale shipping in particular. How has this not been implemented industrially, especially after Earth acquires the AG drive?
