- So this is during winter, yes? Then how come nobody but Trotter packed winter gear in case of emergencies like a snowstorm? Maybe the Ralstons wouldn't have any winter gear since their business has only just been established but what about everyone else?
- One thinks the place is well-established, so will have such things; one had to leave things behind in a snowbound car; another is just a complete twit; and the other two had other reasons.
- According to the script, Mollie is in her twenties. And yet, she used to be a schoolteacher for children who have now aged into adulthood. That doesn't add up.
- Teachers used to qualify at a much younger age than they do now. Plus the real life inspiration for the dead Corrigan child was 12 when it happened. The timing would be incredibly tight, but it it's possible for Mollie to be in her late 20s and the characters in question in their early 20s. Early 30s would be more realistic, though.
