** Not really meant to be funny and more unintentional than anything else but JACK ATLAS' reaction to Zarc seems more indifferent than anything else. Everyone who knows Yuya and has seen Zarc so far has had a surprised or shocked reaction while JACK ATLAS just nonchalantly assumes Yuya and Zarc than immediately tells him if even a piece of Yuya is still inside of him, he's going to kick his butt and save him.

** As the duelists are introduced, they get subtitles printed on their screens. Yuya gets "Entertainment", Gongenzaka gets "Fudou", and [[TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers Sawatari]] gets "[[SmallNameBigEgo Super Ultra Hyper Strong Duelist]]".

** Turns out Yugo was transported directly into Academia. The hilarity comes when he appears in a classroom when a professor says Fusion, causing him to say his catchphrase and then drive out of the classroom. The poor professor can only yell, "No bikes in the hallways!"

*** When Yugo first sees Serena, he mistakes her for Rin and he runs to hug her only for Serena to punch him back. Yugo then talks in a deeper voice and asks one thing then he gets right up in her face and asks if she's really not Rin, causing Serena to punch him again. As we zoom out we see [[http://i.imgur.com/ynBvvLp.gif Yugo does this 5 more times]].

* Episode 94: The reactions of Sergey and Roget as the duel between Jack and Sergey comes to its conclusion: Sergey, as always, starts screaming how "beautiful" Jack's style of dueling is and turns up his hamminess UpToEleven. On the other hand, Roget starts flipping his s%#t when he can no longer control his top pawn and Sergey ends up losing. While also a very satisfying VillainousBreakdown, it becomes hilarious due to Roget's voice reaching a high pitch, making him sound more foolish than threatening.

** One that’s presumably dub-only. Zuzu apparently [[NoodleIncident tried a Fusion Summon]] [[EpicFail without using monsters.]]

** One from the dub; Aster is asking where Noro is. A student proudly explains that Noro told him not to tell Aster that he had an emergency...oops.

** There's a bit of unintentional DarkHumor when Zarc said "What happened, is no one trying to defeat me? Somebody duel me!" while effectively blasting buildings and people who may challenge him. This scene is made more hilarious when you remember Yugo did a similar thing in episode 46 when he knocked Takeda and Umesugi out and then wondered why they weren't answering him.

** What's more, neither of them realize until immediately afterwards that they're talking about [[Spoiler:their own mother and little brother]].

** A more meta example: While the LDS students are fighting the Obelisk Force, you can see that one of the students somehow summoned [[http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Perfectly_Ultimate_Great_Moth Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth]]. Let that sink in for a moment. ((You could argue that he may have used [[http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/A_Wild_Monster_Appears! A Wild Monster Appears!]] to summon it with no effort whatsoever, but that shuffles it back into the Deck during the End Phase. Considering how many monsters the Obelisk Force had later, and how the Moth was still present, it seems more plausible that the student somehow summoned Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth the legit way.)

** Crow freaks out when he sees the kids running around, to the extent that he's still [[http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/yugioh/images/f/fc/Crow_VS_Gong.png freaking out]] during the ''[[VersusCharacterSplash versus splash.]]''

** The start of the Riding Duel, when both Tokumatsu and Yuzu have no idea how to ride a D-Wheel and freak out. Once again, even the [[http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/yugioh/images/d/d1/Yuzu_VS_Chojiro.png versus splash]] is [[OhCrap hilarious.]]

** A mixture of both funny, sad and heartwarming at the same time but the scene where Yuya is wandering around the old remains of Yuto's duel school and finds a locker with [[http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/yugioh/images/1/1e/Lulu_with_Yuto_and_Shay.png/revision/latest?cb=20160508221441 Yuto, Ruri, and Kurosaki all squeezed together in a picture]]. Ruri looks extremely happy between her two most precious people, with the pragmatic Yuto making an expression screaming "Why am I here?" and the stoic Kurosaki looking flustered.

** Melissa, [[AdultFear understandably]], freaks out upon seeing Sora holding onto the wheel.
