- From a meta-standpoint, any LP of this game is bound to be full of laughs from watching the player's mind being wracked from the game's multitude of twists.Woolie: "The commercial

And it's just a supercut of thirty seconds of that." - Megumi's prologue shows her and Tomi in their native year of 2025, walking home from school on a rainy day. Then a robot the size of a house crashes into the lake next to them, and what's Tomi's first thought?Tomi: "Ah, geez. I'm completely soaked. And my umbrella got blown away. What a drag..."
- During Shu's route, he and Nenji meet up on the school's rooftop, both completely beat from the wild events of their plots. And they catch up with each other, hearing each other's crazy adventures in such a nonchalant manner, and both decide to just not even bother questioning it, showing just how bizarre their lives have been the last few weeks.Nenji: "Remember when I skipped school for a few days? [...] Yeah, uh, I actually spent those days stranded in another time. Stuck in the future"
Shu: "....Well... me, I'd go with a more plausible excuse for ditching."
Nenji: "Yeah, that's about what I figured.... So what's going on with you?"
Shu: "Huh? Oh... You know that popstar Miyuki Inaba? She's been showing up in my room every night. I don't know what to do."
Nenji: "Well, if you're gonna make me feel stupid for askin'..."
Shu: "Yeah, that's about what I figured...." - During the final battles, Nenji realizes that the Sentinel's defence of the city is pretty flimsy and could come to an end at any time, so he decides to make the most of life and confess his love to Tomi, who gets pretty miffed about his timing and chews him out, leaving him confused until Natsuno points out that they're on open comms and everyone heard him. To make it worse, Juro assures him that he thought it was a cool moment, which does nothing to help the poor boy.
- In the epilogue, Nenji runs into Wajima again, who hasn't changed a bit and immediately challenges Nenji to a fight. Nenji is moved to tears and immediately hugs Wajima around the shoulders, leading to much confusion and Wajima awkwardly asking if Nenji is alright.
