• A quest for one of the NCR scientists has you go investigate an area in which strange circles have been falling from the sky. Upon getting there, you find out that the area is populated with Strange Creatures that suspiciously look like Mirelurks, but with the heads of mantises, who very clearly are meant to be aliens. Nothing out of the ordinary for a Fallout game, right? Well, you eventually realize that these things were falling from the sky in pods and as you pick the reactor core of one of them up, a pod lands right behind you. What comes out of it is not an alien, but an android in suspiciously familiar power armor, holding a very unique and special assault rifle...
• Two words: Ghoul Jesus.
• When you reach the NCR Radio studio, the lady at the front desk says that she won't give any autographs. Inquire her about that and she'll reveal that the host of NCR Radio needed a character to inspire the troops, so they came up with Summer the Pony. She hated the character and she thought she was only going to have to do it once, but it turns out the listeners liked her so much that she was brought in constantly to keep voicing the character to the point she became famous for it. When you talk to her about it, she's clearly very annoyed with her fame.
  • If you can pass the Speech check, you can convince her that her character inspired many of the soldiers on the frontline. Once she realizes this, she decides to give you an autograph. Her autograph is worth 5000 caps.
• During the NCR quest where you have to defend the base from a Scav attack, one of the Scavs decides to drive a car bomb right into your tank. What does the driver say right before doing this? "WITNESS ME!"
• What is the Wild Wasteland option to defeat Rancor? Play Caravan, which is a card game. Even funnier is the fact when either side wins, the loser's head gets blown up. Even better? Rancor has a voiced response to this option.
  "An epic card game to the death it is!"
• One of the merchants has a "Let's talk politics!" dialogue option. Choose it and...
  "There is literally nothing I would hate more, but... okay!"
