- Sora discovering the messaging function on the Student e-Handbook+ via Mikado trying to introduce the class chatroom feature:Mikado Sannoji: Greetings everyone! This handbook even has a chat feature! Cool, right? Bond together through PMs and group chats!

Sora: F U- Also, some of the earliest appearances of the messaging function are through Yuri trying to hit on Sora.
- In the "Women's Fantasy" segment, Setsuka convinces Sora, Yoruko and Iroha to follow her to a door saying that she found something of great value to them. At her urging, they bust through but are surprised to find most of the guys bathing naked together. And what's worse is that Setsuka locked them in.Iroha: Ahh, but I have already seen it all. Shinji, you have met my expectations... Yuki, I had no idea you—Yomiuri: Get outta here! You perverts!
- Once the girls get out, they're shocked to find Yuri completely naked and excited to meet them. Sora responds by kicking him straight in the balls. Iroha worries that she'll be in trouble if she uses violence, but Sora assures her that using violence with the intention of murder is allowed.
- One morning, Mikado decides to try and have breakfast with everyone:Sora: Good morning everyone.Yuki: Good morning, Sora.Mikado: Good morning, Ms. Sora!Sora: ... What are you doing here?Hajime: Hey Sora... I've been trying to kick him out but he won't budge.Mikado: I vow today to have breakfast with you all, no matter the cost! I wish for nothing more than to be your friend as well!Sora: Anyways, there's a few of us missing again.Yuki: Hibiki and Kanade haven't arrived and Kokoro's eating alone as usual.Mikado: Please don't ignore me! How ungrateful... After I slaved over this meal for you all...
- As Kanade takes on a much more serious demeanor during the trials, she becomes twice as sarcastic as well:Hajime: Yeah, all the evidence is stacked against you.Kanade: It’s almost undeniable. Or maybe you’re just an idiot, Yoruko....Yoruko: Wait! Do you think that's the same thing the culprit used when they attacked me?Kanade: Maybe, but that's beside the point, Yoruko, so be quiet....Yoruko: Y-you both remember...? Geez, why can’t I remember...?Kanade: Even the drunk people remember what happened. Why couldn’t you, Yoruko? Because your brain has more air bubbles than last night’s booze?
- At one point, Sora borrows Iroha's sketchbook to illustrate exactly how the murder occurred. While everyone is discussing how the murder setup could be possible, Iroha comments that her art skills could use some work.
Chapter Two
- Teruya's introduction to the group involves him being tied up, blindfolded, a ball gag in his mouth and led to the room by a collar and leash. All of which was courtesy of Mikado.
- After Kokoro announces that she will not be allying with the students, Emma makes it her goal to try and convince her otherwise;
- Sora arrives at breakfast and finds Emma holding Kokoro down and trying to feed her.Emma: Fufufu. Open wide, Kokoro~!
- Another day, Sora finds the two having an actual discussion at breakfast and comments on it.Sora: Hm? Kokoro, you’re eating and having conversations with us of your own free will. That’s… different.Kokoro: … Not really. Breakfast was necessary, and she’d continue to pester me if I kept ignoring her questions. I just figured that it’d be much more efficient if I gave brief responses to her questions, rather than have more time wasted from futile attempts to avoid her. Of course, this does not imply I am allying with you all. Once I have finished breakfast, I intend to continue my normal routine as usual.Emma: Ah, but you seemed to be having fun, even if you don’t want to admit it!Kokoro: I can assure you I certainly was not having fun.
- Sora arrives at breakfast and finds Emma holding Kokoro down and trying to feed her.
- Setsuka messages everyone to meet up, but accidentally adds Mikado to the chatroom:

Setsuka Chiebukuro: My B☹ - Before the trial, Teruya doubles down on his intent to help the students. Mikado isn't the most supportive.Teruya: If Rei was here instead, she would have certainly been more helpful… But I’ll do my best. I’ve… changed since then.Mikado: Guess who doesn’t have high expectations for you? Me!
- When compared to the first trial, Kanade doubles down on her snarkiness during this one:Kanade: ...Oh Soraaaaaa~?Sora: Yes...?Kanade: You alone believed my reasoning, right? Since this gaggle of imbeciles can’t tell the difference between their asses from their elbows, why don’t you try figuring out how Emma did all this?....Emma: Of all people… I never expected you to be this cruel, Sora...Sora: ...Kanade: Why are we even still discussing this? If my reasoning’s sound- which it is, mind you- it becomes pretty obvious that Emma’s tears are about as real as her fake-ass accent.....Yoruko: Let’s retrace our steps and go back over what we know. Maybe Kanade made a mistake somewhere?Kanade: Me? Made a mistake? Fufufu... Peh! What a disappointment. I never expected you all to share a single-digit IQ like my sister.....Kanade: Hardly. But it begs the question, doesn’t it? If it wasn’t the curse, then why did the killer choose such a cumbersome method of murdering?Hibiki: T-to try and scare everyone...?Kanade: Wrong again, Hibiki. Please think before you talk.....Kanade: That’s right! Iroha come to that conclusion specifically because Kokoro’s corpse was missing her hands and feet. Of course, she was also dumb enough to believe it was actually a curse to kill her, but…Iroha: Wh-Who says I'm dumb?!....Kanade: On the topic of school rules, there was another one the killer violated for this case.Yuki: You mean... the vandalism?Kanade: Wow, Yuki! There may be a brain in there after all!....Kanade: O stands for others.Yuki: Ah...! So “I” literally stands for I, as in myself?Kanade: Yup. I guess you aren’t as stupid as you look, Yuki.
- Nearing the end of the trial, Sora realizes that they need to consult Syobai about his diagnosis of Kokoro’s illness, which prompts this:Mikado: Oh, he’s still here? I thought that was just a cardboard cut-out.
Chapter Three
- When the Monocruise reaches the 3rd island, Monocrow tries once more to lecture the students on the new location:Monocrow: I did my job explaining the rules, so I hope there is no unfortunate student that gets punished. Fufufu...Syobai: Hmph, worthless info. Is that all you have to say?Monocrow: No, not at all! This is the most important part! I will now go over each attraction and the history of Satsuki land. You all ignored me on the 2nd island so I've prepared a short and clear 5 page ppt for-Shinji: Good, let's all start investigating now that we've heard the instructions!Hibiki: My body is aching from being stuck in this ship! Let's get moving!Monocrow: Mmf! Ignored again!? Wait, Syobai has already left!?Mikado: Heh, I guess I'm in a better state than you, Mr. Monocrow.
- During the investigation, Sora has to walk Shinji through accessing the gate records:Sora: You need to slide the screen like so...See? You get a record of all the people who passed the gates each day.Shinji: Woah! The technology these days is amazing!Sora: Amazing?... Even mobile phones these days all have at least this level of technology... Have you been living under a rock?
- In the third trial, Iroha spits out the idea that Mikado used his magic to transport the body into the Ghost House which prompts him to give the reaction above. It's even more messed up since Mikado vouched for Iroha to secure her alibi during the time of the murder.
- While the students try to figure out a way for the culprit to have gotten Setsuka's body parts to the Ghost House's chimney, Kanade caustically suggests that the culprit dropped them via an airplane.
- When discussing the twins using their supposed shared sense of beat to stab Setsuka at the exact same time:Shinji: Wait! I feel like that was just an exaggerated playful comment by Hibiki... Logically speaking, this shouldn't be possible for two separate people...!Syobai: This is possible within the bounds of logic, you meathead.Shinji: Uh, m-meathead...?
Chapter Four
- After Teruya takes them all hostage, the gang finds Mikado striped to his underwear and tied to a pillar. Honestly, one of the funniest things is the juxtaposition of his mask looking embarrassed with his face remaining as deadpan as always.
- There's also the absolute lack of sympathy that Mikado gets during his predicament:Shinji: So... Teruya beat you down, striped you, and roped you to this pillar?Mikado: That's correct! Can't you see my swollen cheek? He was even holding me at gunpoint while doing that!Sora: I guess there's one good thing that came out of all this.
- For the first half of the trial, Syobai is the player character which means we get to also enjoy his running commentary of the events:Syobai: (Thinking) The case is pretty much settled, so it shouldn't be hard to solve. That being said, this case sure is different from all the other ones before. I wonder how far these dimwits make it without my help.Sora: ........................................Yuki: ........................................Teruya: ........................................Mikado: My, isn't it too quiet in here? I know we're running low on numbers, but let's try to keep our hopes up, everyone!Yoruko: Just shut up!!Iroha: Honestly, I don't have any idea of what's going on... Who's the culprit, and what really happened...Mikado: You act as if this is a surprise.Iroha: E-eek! I can't hear you~Yoruko: Iroha! Mikado! You two should never speak up unless it's really needed, alright!?Iroha: I would appreciate it if you didn't treat me the same as Mikado!!Syobai: (Thinking) A total shitshow.
- Nikei's Argument Armanent form is Hermes, and after he is defeated by Sora, his form is shown completely naked, trying to cover itself and emitting a hilarious scream.
Chapter Five
- Instead of the standard 'X', Teruya's portait has the ^o^ emoticon drawn over his face while Nikei's portrait is covered with the Korean character for 'lol'.
- There have been tons of funny moments throughout the game. But hands down one of the best jokes ever has got to be Iroha taking on the appearance of freaking Bob Ross as part of her Argument Armament battle.
Chapter Six
- During the 6th investigation, Sora and Yoruko come across a robotic dummy of Nikei who eagerly begs them to hit him.
- After destroying the Nikei robot, Alter Ego!Mikado reveals that he built it just to beat up whenever he felt like it.
- While watching the video feed in the secret camera room, Sora and Yoruko watch a clip of Iroha singing "To My Darling" from THE iDOLM@STER: Cinderella Girls.
- Even funnier in a meta sense, as that game is where LINUJ got Iroha’s voice clips from.
- Iroha pointing out that the last class trial is just telling Yuki what they found … much to Yuki’s disappointment.
Other:
Free Time Events
- In Mikado's event, he's thrilled to be finally talking to someone and tells Sora to ask him anything. The three options are "Please die.", "Go kill yourself asap.", and "Run around the island naked." .
- In one of Teruya's events, he shows off a rainbow-colored military uniform he's working on and asks Sora what she thinks. While the first two options are Sora carefully trying to hide her dislike, the last is "Put it in the trash immediately".Sora: I think you should trash it immediately. Please hurry.Teruya: Eh, ehhh!? Do you not like it!?Sora: It's like nuclear waste, so you should extinguish its existence. Trust me, it's in order to protect Earth.
