• During Ash's big rescue of Mewtwo, We get this gem of humor; roughly paraphrased.
  Buizel lands on Manga Giovanni's Crobat and uses a sustained Water Gun attack to push it down in altitude. When it stops, said Giovanni comments that Ash is smarter than he looks. Then, after Buizel leaps off his Crobat, he turns to see Charizard barreling down on him and says that Ash is much smarter than he looks just before he's sent flying by the impact.
