• The first Nonstandard Game Over you can get: by choosing to show Pastel's artwork in another town rather than getting a job in the first choice menu, you are treated to a story where Pastel goes to Hoofington to show off her artwork, but grows jealous of a photographer. In her jealousy, Pastel murders the photographer and then anypony else who makes her jealous. It's a little creepy, but it's so sudden that you can't help but laugh.
• During the interview with Fluttershy, when she asks where you see yourself in the future, choose "...". Do it.
