- Interlude: The Leo Kitchen Curse is a welcome break from the drama, dedicated to roasting the cooking skills of all versions of Leo. Little Mikey is able to sense that his kitchen is being destroyed. To top it off, even Ronin and Master Michelangelo join in with the main villain being able to sense that several Leos are attempting to cook. The ghosts of Ronin's brothers then join in to roast their Leo's cooking.
- All the Leos having a 'Donnie Shiver' that tells them when Donnie is about to blow up his lab.
- Mikey doing a Spit Take all over Michael when he first sees him.
- Towards the beginning, Little Mikey's tendency to eat chess pieces when Purple's not looking. Also, Blue chasing Mikey around for stealing his pop tart.
- Jones and Fox's reaction to learning that Riri is pregnant by Case.
- Michael and other characters pointing out how much smaller Raph is in comparison to other versions of Raphael, especially Wrath and Red.
- The end of chapter 28.Ra: “Is that a fuckin’ power ranger?”
- When Michael gets his zapping ability, he uses and abuses it just as much as one might expect from 2012's iteration of Michelangelo.
- When Mike gets his dragon powers, Party complains about not having any special powers himself. To appease him, Genius suggests asking Mikey to give him dragon powers of his own, which Leader quickly shuts down. This is happening while they're in the middle of the final battle.
- The fact that Purple broke the multiverse just to prove he's the superior Donatello through winning chess matches against his counterparts. And he didn't tell any of his family because he wanted to see their reactions when they found out on their own.
- When Donnie completes his portal, he tests it by throwing an apple through it. This gets Leo's attention, who precedes to tell him that the apple hit Casey and everyone in Universe 2018 was trying to figure out where it came from.
- The other Mikeys' reaction to Michael nicknaming Master Michelangelo 'Psychoangelo', with everyone loving the name.
