Invigorating, is it not?
Despite its dark moments at times, the series has its hilarious moments.

- In Episode 1, Lev gives his blanket to Irina in a heartwarming moment, but we are shown the consequence of this moment after Irina's motivation, switching to Lev's perspective, where we see him sneezing and sniffling as he lays and sits freezing. Even funnier is that by Episode 2, Irina never even used the blanket, making Lev's well-intentioned efforts practically pointless.
- In Episode 2, Lev introduces Irina to what looks like Soviet-style Soda Water. As shown by the page image above, Irina's reaction to the texture of the drink, due to her lack of taste, is a sight to behold.
She actually enjoys the drink but will not admit that fact to Lev.Lev: You like that?Irina: You tricked me!Lev: Sorry! But it's invigorating, right? - Even funnier in that same episode is Irina's first time drinking a glass of lemon seltzer. Cue her being the most adorable thing, especially in the dub.Irina: So yummy! (Giggles)
- And cue Lev literally standing behind the door, resulting in Irina going into Tsundere mode.Lev: Enjoying your drink there? It's good, right?Irina: SHUT UP!Lev: I recommend trying it with some booze...Irina: ENOUGH HUMAN! (Throws her glass at him) GET OUT! YOU SHOULDN'T BE HERE! STOP OGLING ME, PERVERT! LOSER! I DON'T LIKE YOUR STUPID SODA WATER! I JUST THINK IT'S WASTEFUL TO THROW IT OUT!Lev: (Giggles)
- By Episode 4, in what is seemingly becoming a recurring gag, Irina, once again, tries a new drink for herself at the Jazz Bar with Lev. Her reaction is literally priceless. See here.Irina: M-My mouth! My tongue is burning! (Proceeds to rapidly gulp down what looks like water) I'm not ready for that yet.
