He’s rightly confused and frustrated that the main characters decide to use a credit card of all things to patch up an injured woman rather than the numerous and fresh medical supplies around them. His rant prompts a random commercial to play, which is a Snickers one, and he comes back with a Snickers bar in his hoof.
