• Chapter 1:
  • After Mori tells Honey that the former will call up the rest of the Host Club to stay with the latter, Scene 2 begins with this:
  Tamaki: AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!
  That, dear readers, was the distinct sound of a panicked Host Club leader.
  Tamaki: What do you mean, he's sick?! Tomorrow is a school day!! We can't just go with one host missing!! Our visitors would be heartbroken!!
• Chapter 2:
  • Tamaki's not very good at stealth:
  When the hour struck, it was time for Tamaki to give Honey his medicine. After excusing himself from class, he stealthed his way through the hallways to the Host Club room. By which I, the wonderful narrator, mean he shimmied across the walls, acting overly conspicuous, even though the hallways were completely empty.
  • The table next to Honey, who is laying on a couch, includes a glass of water that has a blinking red arrow pointing at it. Towards the end of the chapter, Tamaki takes a sip of water before briefly swatting at the red arrow as if it's an insect.
