Despite all this, Barry manages to make it to the facility, try to case it, get slowed down, and run back, ''all in one second.'' Per the Ray, it's 22.3 kilometers away. So 44.6 kilometers plus whatever running Barry did at the facility. If he got slowed down, he may have booked it out of the dampener's radius and got back to normal speed. So either Barry was super smart about how he interacted with the dampeners, or he simply teleported to and from the facility...[[RuleOfFunny for optimal comedic timing]].
** Grant Gustin's delivery is flawless. As is the way he looks at Stephen Amell expectantly. He sounds like he's wordlessly saying "so...we have a new problem..." and "YouHaveGOTToBeKiddingMe," all with his inflections and face.
