* The larger weapons you can take from the guards have some hilariously grotesque counterattack finishing animations when you use them in combat. One of the finishers for the large double-headed axe ends with the axe ''embedded in the guard's skull'', leaving you weaponless while he lies there with the axe handle sticking in the air.
** The polearm finisher has Ezio impale the guard right up to his fists who then falls backwards with the polearm in his stomach until the point sticks in the ground. The polearm stays perfectly vertical while the dead guard slowly slides down the weapon.
