Likely reasons Cut is unaffected by Order 66
- He hasn't been near a military radio in years, which seems to be part of the trigger.
- Being completely outside the right mindset: Cut doesn't care about being a "Good Soldier" or "Following Orders", he found the whole war pointless years before he was proven right.
- His family, how we live our lives can literally shape our brains. Cut is something the Troopers were never meant to be: A Father. Or from a less scientific perspective, he's leaving his wife & kids behind over his dead body.

Cut and his family spent the last however long Rex was there going over what happened and speculating on why he isn't affected with the other clone. By the time the Bad Batch get there, they've already hammered this out and more important, their gateway off this planet is closing. As more clones come to Salecumi, the net grows tighter and the odds of Cut being recognized go up.
