Fridge Horror

  • Ismat is just a kid, but she's shown to already be a mummy. Mummies are dead bodies wrapped in bandages, so...the implications are not so good if you think about it.
    • In one episode, we see a photo of her as a baby with her two dads.
      • Which does not make things better. Was she born dead?
  • American bison are known for living in large herds, where the adults protect the little ones. In the series, we only have Fred and their two mates, who are calves. Just where are their parents, and what happened to them?
  • In one episode, our heroes visit the forgotten area of the museum, where the Joneses keep various dangerous items. Between them, there is a black hole, things that can absorb light. Falling inside them is not a nice way to die unless you want to die horrifyingly with your molecules torn apart. So, one has to wonder, what the heck happened if they put it down there? Did someone between the visitors die after being sucked inside it?
    • Subverted, it is just a sort of portal to the space, and it was there just becouse it sucked in the stage it was exposed to.

  • In another episode, Ridley almost gets eaten alive by a school of hungry piranhas. Luckily, she reaches a safe box and survives, but still...
  • In another episode, Ridley pulls a Heroic Sacrifice to save Pedro the penguin from a snowstorm. Thankfully, she's unharmed, but if her medallion hadn't helped her, she could have died frozen.
  • Ridley and her friends have no problems with Ismat being a dry, dead body covered in bandages. If you think about it, your best friend is basically a zombie. Talking with an undead person is quite jarring.
    • Same thing with the museum's stuffed animals. No one brings up the fact that they're hanging out with former coats of deceased animals filled with wadding.
  • A smaller one: in one episode, the Museum floods because of a link in the Amazonian exhibit. Sarah and Sylvia go to fix it, preventing them from helping Ridley and the heroes with the episode's problem. Sylvia mentions that they're having problems with an angry anaconda during the job. Now, an anaconda is an almost-one-hundred-kilos snake with a body that can reach five meters in length. Those snakes are able to strangle and devour a caiman and easily intimidate jaguars. Anacondas are stronger and larger than humans. The snakes very aggressive if they're accidentally stepped on and with those who invade their territory. The poor kid is lucky that she still has both her family members intact and not in a giant snake's stomach.
