Roy has had to move around a lot in his life because of his father's government job. It's possible that in a few years or so, he'll have to pack up again and say goodbye to Beatrice, Garrett and Mullet Fingers. And since Mullet Fingers has decided to remain hidden from everyone but Beatrice, Roy might not get to see him again before he leaves the state.
