Rome and Vatican should consider themselves lucky that Shinra is the one who uncover the secret of the Judean Ancient Treasure, hence the secret remains safe. Had it been Mou, she will definitely stops at nothing to use the secret as a blackmail leverage and get what she wants. Knowing Mou's modus operandi, she will likely prepares some insurance just in case Rome and Vatican decide to UnPersonher, Mou will have her allies leaking the secret to Israel, which possibly results in World War III. Sure, Mou softens up a bit after her interactions with Shinra, but the Judean Treasure chapters happened before they met.
There is something ominous about Mou in the first chapter she gets introduced. She pretends to be a hapless little girl carrying an antique item whose life is targeted while her hired goons pretending to be Interpol agents and a black market broker. Really, what's the purpose? Could it be that she was intending to earn Shinra's sympathy, get his authentication regarding the said item and then dispose him afterwards? Thankfully Mou changes her mind and sends her goons away, as she prefers to have Shinra as an ally than as an enemy.
