Deaths

General

During the second premonition, Nick envisions Janet being killed first followed by Lori which should not be possible since Death's list always follows the order in which the victims die no matter what. Cluing in on the viewers Death sent a fake premonition to Nick so he can unknowingly set up the real Death's design.

Nadia Monroy

Before she is killed, a partially obscured sign reading "Hell's Candies" can be seen behind Nadia.
Nadia exclaims "Have you all lost your fucking minds?!" when leaving the stadium. Moments later, a flying tire obliterates her head and she literally lost her fucking mind.

Carter Daniels

In the premonition, Carter was killed when a burning car hood flew through the air and bisected him and Cynthia. He would meet his end when his truck caught on fire while dragging him away and burned him alive.
At the race track, you can see Carter's tattoo depicts a swastika which is not only further evidence of his racial intolerance but how he would die by being dragged by his truck and set on fire, a common way some racist lynch mobs would execute their victims.
Carter was listening to the song ANVIL's "Burning Bridges" on his way to George's house which both allude to his intentions and grisly fate.
At the memorial, Carter wears a necklace that has a hook-shaped pendant. A similar-shaped hook on the back of his pick-up truck caught onto his leg to drag him to his death.
Carter has a downwards-pointing horseshoe charm dangling on his truck's front mirror which is superstitious for bad luck as it starts the chain reaction that causes his death.
The hat Carter wore during his attempted cross-burning had a skull on it, marking him as the next victim on Death's list.

Samantha Lane

The reflection of the ceiling fan in the hand mirror that prompted Nick's vision of Samantha's death had a small pile of stones next to it. A stone killed Samatha when it flew directly into her eyeball and through her head.

Jonathan Groves

Jonathan was killed in the premonition when a burning car flew through the air and knocked him into a pillar. He was later crushed by another heavy, falling object, this time a bathtub, at the hospital where he was recovering.

George Lanter

Ambulance sirens can be heard throughout the film, once when Janet walked out of the laundry shop and another when Lori was on the phone at the Café.

Lori Milligan

An exacto knife falls on Lori's head in a photo, foreshadowing that she will die of a head injury.
