Wira (Malay for "hero") is a 2019 Malaysian Martial Arts Movie directed by Adrian Teh. The plot revolves around an ex-military man returning home after a long absence to help his family out of a situation with a local thug named Raja.
Wira contains the following tropes:
- Action Prologue: The film starts with an MMA match between Zain and Vee.
- Eye Poke: Vee rakes her fingers across Zain's eyes to gain the upper hand in their fight during the Action Prologue.
- Fight Clubbing: Raja holds nightly fights in an abandoned warehouse which his two children like to participate in.
