Ondu Motteya Kathe (lit. An Egghead's Tale) is a 2017 romantic comedy written by, directed by, and starring Raj B. Shetty on his debut.
Janardhana is 28 years old, in a career he loves as a Kannada lecturer in the city of Mangalore, and wishes to get married. However, there is one problem - his hair, or rather his lack of it. It leads to him being mocked by his students as an "egghead", to the women he meets rejecting him, and to a great deal of insecurity. To make matters worse, his family astrologer tells him and his family that if he does not find a wife within the year, he will only have celibacy to look forward to for the rest of his life.
