The Devil's Reprisal

- Synopsis: A time travel story of Mikazuki returning to the beginning after the final battle. Decidedly Peggy Sue.
- Status: Dead; last updated July 2017
- Comments: The author just started it, but this story already looks like something special. There's a lot of background development, a dark tone, and a unique Tranquil Fury portrayal of Ace Pilot Mikazuki. The story is extremely well written, and the author doesn't look like he's going to bother sticking to the canon storyline.
Wishing on Space Hardware by "The Librarian

- Pairing(s): Shino/Yamagi
- Synopsis: A follow-up/extension of Iron-Blooded Orphans exploring the aftermath of the series through the lens of Shino surviving the final battle. Only an AU in the sense of flagrantly misinterpreting authorial intent on his death scene. Very much not an 'everyone lives' situation.
- Comments: Extremely well-written sequel to the original. The storyline is a natural extension to what was presented in the ending, and the author has a very good understanding of the mechanics and themes of the Post Disaster World. While the overall focus of the fanfic is the fascinating relationship between Shino and Yamagi, (eventually, following Mika's example, Eugene joins them and they have a polyamorous relationship), it really feels like a logical follow-up of Ride, Julieta, and Almiria's character arcs. Those who want to see a certain villain getting his comeuppance will be very satisfied.

- Comments: As stated in the synopsis, this story sets in an alternate universe where the Reapers are gone and focus on the ramifications of an alien ship appearing in the middle of Season 1. Also available on Fanfiction.net, but it hasn't been updated since April 2018.

Will Remnant be prepared for the one named after the demon king?
- Comments: Solid read combining the best of both worlds. The storyline is decidedly unique and the characterization is on-point for all of the characters in the story.
Plague of Vault 101: Don't know what the guy above me is talking about, it's last update was a little over a month ago November 2020, so it's alive last I've checked, even if discussion and updates are slow.
