- Synopsis: A fic where Ji-yeong and Sae-byeok both survive the marble game, because the final showdown was just as Sang-woo had predicted— teams versus teams. Everything changes from there, as Ji-yeong and Sae-byeok fight through the rest of the games, and deal with the repercussions of falling for each other. Both a character study and a survival story.

- Comments: This is the fix-it that I'd needed after episode 6. Expect flashbacks that will gut you in the feels, dynamics that will warm your heart, and characterisation even down to the minute details - Ji-yeong's, in particular, is just perfect, like her voice had been ripped from the show itself. While the concept's something that's being done a lot, this fic is something special. It also has some of the softest smut I've ever read.

- Comments: Jeremy "Jerma985" Elbertson flubs a gamble shot on his infamous Noita stream, except in this universe, he's legally obligated to pay it. Now $2,500,000,000 in the hole, he aims to make a paltry 1.54% dent into his debt by participating in a high-stakes South Korean survival game. And unlike that Noita stream, he's dead set on winning this one.

- Synopsis: A oneshot fic where Sae-byeok is the winner of the game, and has to deal with the aftermath.

- Comments: Utterly gutting. Expect lots of pain, lots of tears, and getting your heart pulled out of your chest. Can't say any more than that, but you have to read this fic to experience it in all its power.

- Comments: A good angst fic of how Sang-woo handles his guilt. Or doesn't. TW for suicide.

- Synopsis: Sang-woo reached Gi-hun’s hand and agreed to end the games, which meant they will come home empty handed. Upon returning, their friendship is still strain after everything they experienced during the games. Gi-hun has some animosity towards Sang-woo for his actions, but still wants his childhood friend by his side since the former can’t endure being by himself. Sang-woo, on the other hand, can’t find self-forgiveness for his actions and feels he’s not worthy of Gi-hun’s generosity. Both characters also have to carry each other’s burden.
