While the Endless Ocean fanbase is small, there is a community of four fairly dedicated fic authors that can be found on Archive of Our Own. They are:

Though she has only put out one fic thus far, she appears to be quite the promising author.
NoctusFuryNoctus' works are all G-rated, SFW, and fairly canon-compliant. A lot of them are in the form of poems. Currently, he appears to have contributed the most fics to the fanbase, making up 7 of the 21 fics currently under the Endless Ocean Archive of Our Own tag.
L3LDivingServiceL's present works are all G-rated, canon-compliant fics as well, making them a good author to skim through if you've found yourself attached to the EO franchise and want more content similar to the canon.
ricecrispbeesricecrispbees's works tend to veer on the darker side of things, with both their fics currently revolving around the concept of loss in some capacity. One of their works is rated G, while the other is unrated but probably deserves a T or higher, so keep that in mind if you choose to check their content out.
