is Exactly What It Says on the Tin; taking place ten years after the original Happy Tree Friends ended.
The show follows HTF getting revived in 2026, only for a lot to change within the ten years.
The show initially started as just a display, until a wikia user named Yellow-spider-kitty, took the idea and ran with it, writing the series first episode.
Tropes:
- Animated Actors: The characters are indicated to be this as the entire premise literally involves the show being brought back.
- Ascended Extra: Truffles is now a main character instead of a Once an Episode cameo.
- Entertainment Above Their Age: Cub (who is about ten years old in this series) has a collection of porn magazines.
- Flash Forward Fic: Takes place 10 years after the series was put hiatus (more specifically, after the remaining Still Alive episodes were released in 2016).
- Fun with Subtitles: Subtitles now appear whenever someone talks, leading to jokes here and there.
- Lions and Tigers and Humans... Oh, My!: Humans exist in this series, usually as background characters and sometimes minor antagonists.
