is a major Tear Jerker and a Bad Future to the D.Gray-Man series. It's a Prequel to Cosmic Composite where Central had no more use for the exorcists after the akuma's were nothing more then horror stories but instead of letting them live the rest of their lives in peace they were each picked off one by one and assassinated.
Cosmic Composite takes place after Loose Ends where all the exorcists are given a break for once and were reincarnated as Marvel's next generation.
You Are My Universe is a bunch of side stories to Cosmic Composite that didn't fit into the narrative properly. Expect lots of fluff.
