Client Locksley is a joint account of u/TellThat2TheCovenant (a.k.a. Covenant) and u/Truboo42. A year before Hitman 3 was released, they created a richly detailed mock-up campaign, complete with images and a whole new story. They later released a "Providence Papers" DLC.

This fic contains examples of:
- Adaptational Alternate Ending: Rather than them betraying the ICA and destroying them with a data leak, 47 and Diana are forgiven for going behind the ICA's backs after they complete a contract for them and continue working for them in the end.
- Adaptational Name Change: Director Fanin's first name is given as Vincent. Hitman 3 would confirm his first name to be Alexander.
- The Atoner: In the epilogue mission, 47 assassinates Cheryl Franklin to repent for his assassination of Diana's parents.
- Better to Die than Be Killed: The last mission has Lucas ordering a hit on himself, as he would rather die than be stuck in the justice system.
- Death by Adaptation:
- Director Fanin and Cheryl Franklin are made targets of Agent 47.
- In the DLC, Esteban Montoya, Simon Deveraux and other mentioned side characters are targets.
- Dies Differently in Adaptation: The Partners, Lucas Grey and Arthur Edwards are killed in different locations.
- Easily Forgiven: Downplayed. While the ICA forgives 47 and Diana for teaming up with Grey, they force them to assassinate FBI agents and later Grey himself to repent.
- No-Gear Level: Mission 6 has you unable to bring anything like in Hokkaido, due to taking place in a highly public international courthouse.
- A variation on the epilogue mission. Since this is a personal mission for 47, Diane doesn't participate at all and there is no option to smuggle items in.
