This fanfiction series contains examples of:
- Alternate Universe Fic: A What If? with the change that Bubbler goes after Ladybug when she inteferes with his music for Adrien's birthday party.
- Bittersweet Ending: Marinette is able to give Adrien the birthday scarf and get credit for it, and their relationship blooms. Unfortunately, her secret identity has been widely exposed.
- Heel–Face Turn: Bubbler turns against Hawk Moth when he finds out he is really Gabriel Agreste, the "worst parent of all" who caused him to be akumatized.
- Karma Houdini: Averted. Ladybug doesn't get away with abusing her power to change the dance music for selfish reasons. It leads to a very fast time-out, and getting caught by Bubbler.
- The Unmasking: Ladybug's secret identity is exposed to her whole class (including Adrien) and to Chat Noir. Hawk Moth's secret identity is exposed to Chat Noir and to The Bubbler, leading to his capture.
