Given that Tokyo Afterschool Summoners, a.k.a. "Housamo", is a popular game with many characters, fan nicknames are bound to be made. Here are a significant amount of them.

Shinjuku Summoners
- "MC" for the player character, since it faster to type then Protagonist. Other names include the popular, Thot due to the game third dialogue options often being some form of gratuitous flirting, marriage proposal, and outright suggestive provocations! Taken further, each of the five protagonists are often given their own nicknames to help differentiate them.
- Protag 1: Gremlin MC, on account them being the youngest and shortest looking one.
- Protag 2: FEMC, as they are the only traditionally feminine-looking one.
- Protag 3: Bara MC, the most muscular and masculine looking MC.
- Protag 4: Twink MC, as they have the appearance of a lithe male.
- Protag 5: Chubby MC, as they have a full-figured appearance.
- Mom for Shirou, due to the fact that he often act as the Team Mom for the team and is the most overtly responsible for everyone in the Summoners.
Ikebukuro Berserkers
- "Clod" for Claude, due to certain Discord chat shenanigans and Claude's physical resemblance to a Muppet, particularly his large nose.
Aoyama Missionaries
- A translation error in the early days of Housamo accidently called Maria Mario. The fandom had fun with the name, but its popularity has largely died down over time.
Roppongi Tycoons
- Morgana for Cait Sith, due to their extreme similarities as adorable chibi black-cat characters voiced by Ikue Otani.
Otemachi Genociders
- Babalon is often called "Mom" since outside of her diabolical scheming, she is a genuinely caring mother figure to those she takes in.
- Surtr gets called "Dad" and he lives up to it. He protects his kids, namely Arc, and loves baking sweets to share with others.
Kamata Crafters
- Kurogane tends to be known as "Senpai" due to repeatedly addressing the player as his kouhai, specially in the Team/Upgrade screen.
Western Warmongers
- War-Crime Cat/Kitty for Tezcatlipoca as he openly commits acts that would automatically brand him as war criminal under the Geneva Convention. The reason why the name sounds so cute is because Tezcatlipoca is just so unrepentantly bombastic even when doing things like breaking people's spirits via Mind Rape.
- Hombre Tigre is sometimes called Tez's Simp, due to the luchador's Undying Loyalty and zealotry for his god, despite the fact that Tezcatlipoca is more interested in reuniting with his brother, Quetzalcoatl/The Protagonist.
