Toshimichi Takahashi is a Japanese stuntman and actor, known for his work on Toku shows, where he's had an impressive number of roles as both a suit and voice actor.
He's well known for playing villains, especially of The Brute variety, as his experience as a stuntman meant he could both physically play and act in roles without needing another actor to do the voice or stunt work. It is said he took his roles as villains very seriously and often scared children with the characters he played.
